DOVER, Del. (AP/WBOC) - Four young men have been arrested in a vandalism spree in Southern Kent County that caused $8,500 in damage, according to Delaware State Police.

Troopers say 38 incidents of vandalism occurred in the South Dover, Camden, Magnolia and Frederica areas between Feb. 6 and Feb. 9. The damage included busted car frames, windows, lights and mailboxes.

Detectives say surveillance video showed a silver Chrysler Cruise driving slowly through the Quail Landing development in Magnolia while its passengers damaged vehicles. Troopers used the license number to track down the car, which led them to arrest a 17-year-old boy and three men between the ages of 19 and 22.

On Friday, 22-year-old Justin Bohle of Dover, 19-year-old Ryan Lindale of Camden, 19-year-old Charles Cohee of Felton, as well as the 17-year-old boy all turned themselves in, according to police. Police say they were all charged with 38 counts of criminal mischief, 37 counts of conspiracy, and criminal trespassing. The 17-year-old was released to his parents pending a hearing, and the other three were released on $3,800 unsecured bond.
