Md. Fire Marshal Investigating Mobile Home Fire in Crisfield

 CRISFIELD, Md. - The Maryland State Fire Marshal is investigating a Wednesday night fire at a mobile home in Crisfield.

According to the fire marshal, the fire began at 8:13 p.m. in the 2900 block of Boone Road in Crisfield. It was determined that the fire started in the well pump house attached to the mobile home. 

Thirty-two firefighters with the Crisfield, Marion Station, Princess Anne and Lower Somerset Fire Departments were able to control the fire in about 60 minutes. 

The Fire Marshal estimates $30,000 in damage to the structure and an additional $10,000 in damage to the contents. 

No one was injured in this fire. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
