HHCA is dedicated to providing high quality, cost-effective care and services to those in the community who are sick, dependent or otherwise unable to manage their own care at home. HHCA recognizes that it is the right of every patient to receive quality care which allows the patient to attain his or her potential for independent functioning at home.

HHCA gladly accommodates patients with special needs. It is the Company's policy to communicate with patients and applicants in an understandable language or form. This may include, but not be limited to: non-English language interpreters, hearing aides, artificial larynx, flash cards/communication boards, acetate writing slates and sign language interpreters. The Company is active in senior centers, providing health screenings such as diabetic testing, nutritional education and grief counseling, in some cases on a monthly or quarterly basis. HHCA focuses on ways to serve the communities surrounding its branch offices by providing community education programs, health fairs, patient educational materials, participation in health-related community events and attendance at a wide range of charitable functions and events. Community walks for health and sponsorships of events such as golf outings are mainstays of HHCA's operations.
