OCEAN CITY, Md. - Two Ocean City men were sentenced to prison Thursday after pleading guilty to fighting in public.

According to  Worcester County State's Attorney Office spokesman William McDermott, Caleb Ochse was sentenced to six years in the Department of Corrections, with all but 18 months suspended.

Christopher Kendall was sentenced to 18 months, with all but one year suspended.

Ochse and Kendall, both of Ocean City, faced a number of charges, including manslaughter, in connection with the death of a Pennsylvania man following an incident that happened in August of last year.

Justin Cancelliere, 37, was found unconscious in the parking lot of the Plim Plaza Hotel in Ocean City on Aug. 24. He died later that day at Atlantic General Hospital in Berlin.

Prosecutors said Ochse and Kendall were aggressors in a fistfight with Cancelliere.

In January, all charges against Ochse and Kendall were dropped, expect for fighting in public. On Thursday, both were sentenced.
