WILMINGTON, Del. (AP) - New Castle County Police have charged two men and a juvenile in an incident in which a police cruiser was damaged in Wilmington.

Officers say about 7 p.m. on Friday, an officer left his cruiser during an investigation near Foulk and Grubb roads. Authorities say when the officer returned, there was damage to the cruiser's hood.

Police say a witness told them that a car with three occupants backed up near the cruiser and a man got out and began jumping on the hood. The man then got back into the car and the three fled.

Officers say the witness took down the car's license plate number and police identified the suspects.

Nineteen-year-old Nicholas Findley, 29-year-old Wyatt Johnson and a 16-year-old male were all charged with criminal mischief and conspiracy.
