Rockville Man Charged in Several Cases of Indecent Exposure

Posted:

ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) - Montgomery County Police have charged a man with 8 counts of indecent exposure to women and girls, some of them as young as 13.

Since March 4, police had been investigating reports of a man driving in a minivan in the county, who, witnesses say, made sexual comments to women and girls as he drove by.

Officers say the man sometimes got out of the minivan, exposed himself and made lewd gestures.

Police say on Wednesday, they received two 911 calls for reported indecent exposure and arrested a man.

Twenty-seven-year-old Kevin Thomas McHale of Rockville has been charged with 8 counts of indecent exposure.
