Troopers Arrest 3 Salisbury Men in Criminal Enforcement Initiative

SALISBURY, Md. - On April 11, Troopers from the Maryland State Police Salisbury Barrack and Gang Enforcement Unit conducted various investigations and traffic stops that led to three arrests.   

Troopers say they made two drug arrests, one impaired driving arrest and two drug civil citations. One suspected faces charges of drug distribution for crack cocaine.

Troopers seized over 13 grams of marijuana and several grams of crack cocaine.

Through investigations and surveillance, troopers gathered gang-related intelligence for future purposes.

Keith Lamonte Chaney, 26, Albert Baisden, 56, and Ricardo Isau Morales Velasquez, 19, of Salisbury were all arrested.
