MILFORD, Del. – Police and U.S. marshals have arrested a Texas man for multiple incidents of rape and sexual abuse of two children in Milford.

Francisco Ysaguirre, 61, was arrested Friday and charged with multiple counts of rape, sexual abuse, unlawful sexual contact, sexual solicitation and child endangerment.

Detectives from the Milford Police Department said that between May of 2014 and March of 2015, Ysaguirre forced two adolescent females to engage in sexual acts with him on several occasions while he was living at a home on the 200 block of East Street.

Police say Ysaguirre later fled to Texas. He was arraigned and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of $1,071,000 cash bond.
