Posted: Updated:
SALISBURY, Md. – The Salisbury city council will be listening to plans for a proposed water park Monday, May 18th. According to the council's agenda packet, “Splashbury” would be a spray ground with a variety of different components that spray water that would have zero water accumulation and remove the risk of drawings.

There are three locations being proposed; In the courtyard in front of the government office building, within the downtown revitalization plan, or at the city park.

According to city council President Jacob Day, the estimated cost would be around $400,000, paid for through private donations, corporate donations and various other fundraisers and donation options.
