Virginia Fair to Begin Online Advance Ticket Sales Aug. 3

DOSWELL, Va. (AP)- Online advance ticket sales for the State Fair of Virginia will begin Aug. 3.
    
The fair says fairgoers can save up to 38 percent on the price of tickets by purchasing them online in advance. Advance-price online sales will continue through Sept. 24.
    
Online sales of regular-price tickets begin Sept. 25 and continue through Oct. 4. Advance tickets will be available at Walgreens locations in Virginia beginning Aug. 25.
    
Tickets can be purchased online at StateFairVa.org.
    
The fair begins Sept. 25 and runs through Oct. 4.
