SEAFORD, Del.– Police have arrested a man they say robbed a Seaford bank on Thursday and another bank in June.

According to the Seaford Police Department, 28-year-old Dustin Bailey of Seaford has been charged with robbery, possession of a weapon during commission of a felony, possession of a weapon by a prohibited person, carrying a concealed deadly weapon and conspiracy.

Police said Bailey was arrested Thursday night after robbing the M & T Bank on West Stein Highway just before 10 a.m. that same day. According to investigators, Bailey walked into the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money. Police said the note also stated that the suspect had a weapon, however no weapon was ever shown. The teller handed the Bailey an undisclosed amount of money and he took off in an unknown direction, according to investigators.

Detectives also linked him to another M & T bank robbery, saying he was a co-conspirator in the June 30 incident.
