Transportation Conference to be Held in Virginia Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (AP) - Gov. Terry McAuliffe and officials across Virginia will gather next week to discuss transportation issues.
    
The annual Governor's Transportation Conference kicks off on Oct. 28 at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.
    
McAuliffe, U.S. Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx and Virginia Department of Transportation Secretary Aubrey Layne are among those expected to address the crowd over the course of the three-day conference.
    
It will also include sessions on public-private partnerships, rail and public transportation and trends in aviation.
