ACCOMACK COUNTY, Va. - With all but the absentee ballots counted, the results are in for the Accomack County Board of Supervisors.
In two races for the Board of Supervisors seats, unofficial results posted by the Virginia Board of Elections shows that challengers have won the votes.
Paul Muhley wins over incumbent Kay Lewis in Electoral District 4, 410 votes to Lewis' 375. There were two write-in votes.
In District 5, Harrison W. Phillips III wins over incumbent Jack Gray, with 340 to Gray's 250. There was one write-in vote.
W.J. "Billy Joe" Tarr won in District 1 with 93.6 percent of the votes. He had 708 votes to 48 write-ins.
Incumbent Ron S. Wolff won over challenger Stephen D. Corazza in District 2 with 454 votes to Corazza's 344.
Grayson C. Chesser, Jr. won in District 3 with 98.3 percent of the vote.
Robert D. Crockett won in District 6 with 98.6 percent of the vote.
Incumbent Laura Belle Gordy won with 742 votes to challenger G. Cabell Lawton IV's 366 votes in Electoral District 7.
Donald L. Hart, Jr. won in District 8 with 98.9 percent of the vote.
C. Reneta Major won in District 9 with 97.5 percent of the vote.
