Georgetown Shooting Victim Identified, Suspect Still Unknown

GEORGETOWN, Del. - Georgetown Police are investigating a shooting that happened Saturday around 10 p.m. that left one man injured.

Police said they responded to reports of "shots fired" at the Dunbarton Oaks Apartment Complex. Upon arrival, police found 24-year-old Deandre Abbott shot.

Police say Abbott has since been transported from Beebe Medical Center to John Hopkins Shock Trauma Unit in Baltimore, Maryland, and is listed in critical condition. 

Police are still unable to identify the suspect in the shooting, and the Georgetown Police are asking for the public's help.
