Police Investigating Gas Station Robbery in Laurel

LAUREL, Del.- Police are looking for a man they say robbed a gas station in Laurel on Friday night.

Delaware state police say around 8:10 Friday evening, the man entered the Exxon on Sussex Highway, and demanded money from the cash register from the clerk.  Police say she gave him the money and then the man left through the front door and drove away in an unknown vehicle.  The clerk was not hurt, and no weapon was used in the robbery.  

Police say the man is 20 to 27 years old, African American, between 5'10'' and 6'02''.  Police say he weighs between 200 to 230 pounds, and was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with "Delaware Tech" written across it.
