PITTSVILLE, Md.- The Wicomico County Sheriff's Office arrests a Pittsville man following a dispute between two neighbors.

According to deputies, it happened at 11:51 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 21 in the 8000 block of Whitesville Rd.

The sheriff's office said a neighbor told a deputy 46-year-old Dennis White would let his dogs come onto the neighbor's property.

When the neighbor complained to White, deputies said White became agitated, got a shotgun from inside and fired it twice into the air when he came back outside.

The sheriff's office said the deputy saw the used shells in the area where the neighbor said White fired the shotgun.

Following an investigation, deputies said they arrested White and charged him with Reckless Endangerment.

Deputies said White was detained in the Wicomico County Detention Center in lieu of $5,000 bond.
