2 Del. Brothers Arrested For Allegedly Dealing Heroin out of Home

TOWNSEND, Del. (AP/WBOC) - Delaware State Police have arrested two brothers for allegedly selling drugs our of their home in Townsend.
    
Troopers and probation and parole officers from the Kent County Governor's Task Force went to the home of 36-year-old Bruce Lomax, who is on home confinement, in the 6000 block of Summit Bridge Road. Police said in a news release that a search of Lomax's home and car turned up 745 bags of heroin, $600 in suspected drug money and a .22 caliber rifle.
    
Authorities say the rifle belongs to 27-year-old Bobby Lomax who was also found to be in possession of .7 grams of marijuana.
    
Police say Bruce Lomax was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Bobby Lomax was charged with possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  They were both arraigned and committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in lieu of $40,500 secured bond for Bruce and $3,500 secured bond for Bobby, according to police
