DSP Alert Public to Homeless Sex Offenders

DOVER, Del.- Delaware State Police are notifying the public about two homeless sex offenders living in Delaware. 

Police say David Woodstock, 37, is a Tier 2 (Moderate Risk) sex offender who has registered homeless in Smyrna.

Police say Brindamore Jackson, 22, is a Tier 2 (Medium Risk) sex offender who has registered homeless in Georgetown.  

Police want to emphasize that neither Woodstock or Jackson are wanted, just that citizens should be aware of their presence.

 If you have information that any of the listed subjects are occupying a residence, please contact 302-672-5306.  Information may also be provided via the internet at www.delaware.crimestoppersweb.com or by sending an anonymous tip by text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword "DSP."

    Authorities investigate after at least 25 dead horses were found on a rural property in Wicomico County, Maryland Friday morning. Lt. Tim Robinson of the Wicomico County Sheriff's Office said around 11 a.m., the Sheriff's Office, in conjunction with Wicomico County Animal Control, began an investigation into the report of the presence of deceased horses on the property outside of Hebron.
