Search for Suspect in Gumboro Liquor Store Robbery

MILLSBORO, Del.– Delaware State Police troopers are searching for a suspect wanted for holding up Gumboro Liquors early Tuesday evening.

According to police, a masked man entered the store at around 6:30 p.m. and approached two female employees of the store at the counter. Police said the man had a gun and demanded cash from the register. The clerks handed over an unspecified amount of cash and the suspect ran from the business, police said.

The suspect was described as a white male, between 5-foot-10 and 6-foot-tall and 190 to 200 pounds. Troopers said he was wearing a skeleton mask, a blue hooded Penn State sweatshirt, camouflage jacket, blue jeans and brown boots, police said. He should be considered armed, according to police.
