HARRINGTON, Del. – Harrington police have arrested a Greenwood teenager in connection with a shooting that happened in late November.

According to police, Harrington officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 100 block of Grant Street at approximately 10:08 p.m. on Nov. 28. During the investigation, police said officers discovered that John T.
