Police: Two Men Shot in Onancock Drive-by

ONANCOCK, Va.– Two men are recovering from gunshot wounds after they were shot from a moving vehicle in Onancock over the weekend, according to police. 

Police said the incident happened shortly after 10 p.m. Saturday in the area of Pine and Watson streets.

Police said that when officers arrived on the scene, they found two men suffering from gunshot wounds to the leg. They determined that the men had been standing outside when a silver colored vehicle drove by and fired multiple shots.

The victims were taken to Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital for treatment. 

Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact the Onancock Police Department at (757) 787-8577.

The Accomack County Sheriff’s Office and the Onley Police Department are assisting with the investigation.
