Hurlock Man Arrested in Drug Raid

HURLOCK, Del.- A Hurlock man is behind bars on heroin and related charges following a police raid on his home Thursday. 

Dorchester County Sheriff James Phillips said members of his office, along with officers from various other area law enforcement agencies, executed two search and seizure warrants at 4942 Skinners Run Road in Hurlock.

Phillips said the target of the investigation, 29-year-old Terry Terrell Cannon, of the aforementioned address, was located at one of the two trailers located on the property. The sheriff said Cannon was found to be in possession of 15 individual baggies of heroin (4.8 grams) and $600 in cash.

The items were seized and Cannon was charged with possession of heroin with intent to distribute, possession of heroin, two counts of possession of paraphernalia and second-degree assault. He was ordered held on $275,000 bond.
