BALTIMORE (AP) - A man charged by Baltimore County police with killing his girlfriend is also charged with murder in the death of a woman at a Baltimore house that was under surveillance by officers investigating the earlier killing.

County police charged Terrence L. Jenkins with murder in the death of Shelly Fillion, whose body was found Monday at her Essex house.

After identifying Jenkins as a suspect in Fillion's death, county police tracked him to a home on Pulaski Highway in east Baltimore.  They set up surveillance Thursday and saw a woman let Jenkins into the house.

When Jenkins left about 30 minutes later, county police took him into custody.  They then discovered that the woman who let him into the house was dead.

City police charged Jenkins with murder on Friday.
