Cambridge Police Make Arrest in October Robbery

CAMBRIDGE, Md.- Cambridge police have arrested a 16-year-old boy in connection with the October robbery of someone who had just taken money out of an ATM.

According to police, on Oct. 21 the victim had just used the ATM machine and was walking through the parking lot behind the 500 block of Poplar Street when he was approached from behind by people with a gun. Police said they took some cash and ran from the area.

Police said the investigation led to the Dec. 17 arrest of a 16-year-old boy. He is charged with robbery and theft and was detained by juvenile services pending action by the court.
