REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. (AP/WBOC) - Delaware State Police have arrested two people they say stole merchandise from outlet stores in Rehoboth Beach.

A woman tried to buy items at Sunglasses Hut using a pre-paid credit card on Tuesday and was declined when trying to make a second purchase, troopers said.

Police found the woman and a man with her leaving the Dooney & Bourke store. Troopers say they were arrested, and a search of their car turned up multiple pre-paid credit cards still in the manufacturer's packaging.

Troopers say they also found a credit card coding device and merchandise from Victoria's Secret, Michael Kors, Timberland and Rack.

Thirty-one-year-old Lakorya Harrison of Raleigh, North Carolina, and 28-year-old Joshua Knox of Lawrenceville, Georgia, were charged with organized retail theft and other offenses.
