Harrington Man Arrested for Gun Threat

HARRINGTON, Del.- Police have arrested a Harrington man accused of threatening two people with a gun. 

Police said the incident happened Dec. 28 at the Arkansas Drive home of 58-year-old Kenneth L. Kellam

According to investigators, two employees of Rent-A-Center went to Kellam's home to inquire about payment of property that belonged to the business.

Police said that while the employees were inside the home retrieving the property, Kellam displayed a handgun to them. The employees then left the home and called police.

Officers arrested custody on two counts of menacing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and ordered held in the Sussex Correctional Institute in default of $3,000 secured bond.
