HORNTOWN, Va.- The Accomack County Sheriff's Office arrested two suspects wanted in connection with last week's fatal shooting of a man outside of a home in Horntown.

Police say 24-year-old Tavone Tyrell Cropper of Pocomoke City, Md. was arrested on February 12, and 20-year-old Jahad Arell Triggs of New Church, Va., was arrested on February 11. Both are charged with First Degree Murder and Use of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.

According to the Sheriff Todd Godwin, the two suspects are responsible for the Feb. 4 shooting of 22-year-old Robert Baytops IV of Horntown. Following the shooting, Baytops was taken to Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, Md., where he later died.

Both Triggs and Cropper are incarcerated in the Accomack County Jail with bond denied.
