SEAFORD, Del.- Police on Friday announced the arrests of several boys accused of vandalizing Seaford Presbyterian Church on Bridgeville Highway.

Seaford police said that on Wednesday, Feb. 10, officers arrested a 15-year-old boy, a 13-year-old boy and an 11-year-old boy, all of Seaford. All three were charged with one count of criminal mischief and one count of conspiracy, both felonies. They were released to their parents pending a hearing in Family Court. A fourth suspect, in the case, an 11-year-old boy, also of Seaford, is expected to turn himself in sometime Friday, Feb. 12, police said.

Police said that after consulting with the Delaware Attorney General's Office, two other juveniles involved in the case will not be charged due to their age.

Police said the vandalism incidents occurred between Saturday, Feb. 6 and Tuesday, Feb. 9. Investigators said the suspects threw rocks and sticks at approximately 25 windows and several exterior light fixtures.
