Teens Sought in Seaford Shooting

SEAFORD, Del.- Seaford police are looking for two teenage boys wanted in connection with a Tuesday night shooting that left a 30-year-old man injured.

Police said that at around 7:40 p.m. officers responded to Griffin Street for a shots fired complaint. When officers arrived on the scene they located the victim inside a home with a gunshot wound to each leg, according to police. The victim was transported by ambulance to Nanticoke Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. 

Police said during the investigation that followed, officers determined the victim was at the Chandler Heights apartment complex when he got into an argument with a 16-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy. Police said that is when the 16-year-old shot the victim who ran into the home on Griffin Street. 

Police said warrants are on file for the two teens.
