Police: Four Arrested for Dealing Heroin in Millsboro

MILLSBORO, Del.- Delaware State Police say a drug bust at the Riverwinds Mobile Home Park in Millsboro led to the arrests of four people accused of dealing heroin. 
 
According to police, shortly before 3 p.m. Wednesday, detectives with the Sussex County Drug Task Force and Governor's Task Force executed a search warrant at a home located on the 27000 block of Sandy Drive. Police said that prior to the task force arrival, surveillance was established on the home and Karl Lazarus, 36, of Millsboro; Deantae L. Watson, 21, of Lewes; Keon E. Hopkins, 25, of Millsboro; and Tramar T. Bailey, 29, of Seaford, were all seen standing near a Ford Expedition conducting drug transactions.  

Police said all four were taken into custody without incident as troopers moved in on the property. According to police, a search warrant was conducted on the Ford Expedition as well as the home and detectives located 77 bags of heroin with a total weight of 1.155 grams, 31.29 grams of marijuana, 6.12 grams of cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and more than $1,800 in suspected drug proceeds.

All four suspects were charged with possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, and second-degree conspiracy. Bailey was also charged with tampering with physical evidence. Lazarus, Watson and Hopkins were ordered held at the Sussex Correctional Institution on $92,000 secured bond each while Bailey was ordered held at SCI on $94,000 secured bond.

Police said the following persons were also located on the property during the search and were charged accordingly:
 
Corinne E. Harrington-Booth, 25, of Millsboro, was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of marijuana. She was released on $600 unsecured bond.

George E. Tunnell, 22, of Lewes, was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.  He was  released on $1,500 unsecured bond.  

Larissa S. Miller, 38, of Millsboro, was charged with tampering with physical evidence, possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  She was given a $3,000 unsecured bond on the charges, but was ordered held at the Delores J. Baylor Women's Correctional Institution on $500 secured bond for a capias out of Sussex County Court of Common Pleas. 

Kristen L. Jones, 36, of Millsboro, was found to have a capias out of Family Court and was ordered held at the Delores J. Baylor Women's Correctional Institution on $6,600 cash bond.
