As troopers conducted an inventory search of the car, officers say they located a book bag containing approximately 165 grams of marijuana and $310 in suspect drug sale proceeds.
Troopers transported Spencer Brittingham to Troop 4 where he was arrested and charged with possession with the intent to distribute marijuana, 6 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and careless driving. He was arraigned at JP Court 3 and released on $8,250 unsecured bail.
