Troopers Seek Public’s Help in Identifying Theft Suspect

SELBYVILLE, Del.- Troopers are asking the public’s help in attempting to identify woman that made unauthorized charges to a lost credit card.
 
According to Delaware State Police, the woman began used the card on Wednesday morning. Police say the card belongs to a 70-year-old woman.

The suspect proceeded to make charges on the card at the Arby’s/Shore Stop located at 9 DuPont Boulevard, Selbyville, where she was captured on video surveillance making numerous purchases, including gas, totaling more than $50.
 
The suspect depicted in the surveillance images is described as a black female between the ages of 45-50 years old, standing approximately 5'03" – 5’05" tall, 200-210 lbs. Police say she may be operating a silver minivan, possibly a Ford Windstar.
