DOVER, Del.- Five people are without a home after a fire at Willow Tree Mobile Home Park.

Little Creek Vol. Fire Co. said they responded to the fire at the mobile home in the unit block of Woods End Rd. Wednesday at 12:20 p.m.

Firefighters said a large section of the trailer was engulfed in flames when crews arrived at the scene. They said a shed and second trailer also caught fire.

According to firefighters, crews from Little Creek, Leipsic and Magnolia had the fire under control in 20 minutes. 38 firefighters helped battle and put out the blaze.

Firefighters said a man living at the home was treated by EMS at the scene. No other injuries were reported.

According to firefighters, a smoke alarm alerted the man and a woman in the home of the fire and they were able to exit the home before fire crews arrived.

Crews said the man, the woman and three children were displaced from the home and are receiving assistance from the Red Cross.

The Delaware State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
