Shore Stop Robbed in Dover

DOVER, Del.- Delaware State Police are looking for a suspect wanted for holding up a Shore Stop convenience store in Dover late Wednesday night.
Police said the incident occurred shortly after 11 p.m. as two male suspects entered the Rising Sun Shore Stop, located at 2636 S. State St. The suspects, one of whom was armed with a gun, then approached the clerk and demanded money. The clerk complied with the suspect’s demands and turned over an undisclosed amount of money and several cartons of cigarettes, according to police. The clerk was not reported as injured.
Troopers said the first suspect was described as black, approximately 6-foot-0 to 6-foot-3, 180-200 pounds, and wearing a dark coat with his face covered. He displayed an unknown make and model firearm, according to investigators. 
Police said the second suspect was described as black, between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-11, 180-200 pounds, with his faced covered.

Troopers said no video surveillance photos are available to be released at this time.
