SALISBURY, Md. - A Delmar man was arrested for a series of thefts from cars on North West Road in Salisbury.

According to the Wicomico Sheriff's Office, a man was captured on a homeowner's home security surveillance system entering cars and stealing tools. While reviewing the video, the investigating deputy identified the person as Joseph Greenhawk Sr., 45, of Delmar.

The deputy was familiar with Greenhawk because of reports that he was selling power tools door-to-door in another neighborhood.

Greenhawk was arrested and taken to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. He was detained in the Detention Center in lieu of $15,000 bond. Greenhawk is charged with theft $1,000 to $10,000, rogue and vagabond for entering four unlocked vehicles, police said.
