DOVER, Del. - Two teenagers have been arrested for a pair of robberies in Dover.

According to Dover police, the first one happened just after 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Little Grocer located at 902 East Division Street.

Police say that according to an employee, a white male entered the store wearing a dark-colored, hooded, FILA sweatshirt, along with a black male wearing  a light-colored, hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.

According to police, the first suspect went up to the employee with his hand in his sweatshirt as if he had a weapon and demanded cash from the register. The employee refused and both suspects ran away.

While officers were searching for the suspects they say they got a call for another robbery at Hollywood Tans with the same suspects. The employee reportedly told police the suspects had gone in and demanded cash, while one of them grabbed her by the arm. Police say the employee did what the suspects asked, and they ran away.

According to police, officers then saw two people, later identified as a 15-year-old from Harrington and a 16-year-old from Milford, running through a backyard and chased after them.

Police say both teenagers were arrested and charged with attempted robbery, conspiracy, robbery and resisting arrest. The 15-year-old was also charged with offensive touching. Both boys were committed to the Stevenson Center on secured bond.
