DOVER, Del.- Dover police have identified the second of two suspects wanted for holding up a gas station on Monday night.

Police on Wednesday announced officers are looking for 29-year-old Jamar Waters, who has the last known address of the 300 block of Marldale Drive of Middletown.

According to police, 37-year-old Jason Cline and Waters, who was armed with a handgun, entered US Gas at 461 N. DuPont Highway shortly before 11 p.m. Monday. Police said Waters demanded money from the employees and then ran from the business with Cline when they were handed the cash.

Space Heater Safety Urged as Temperatures Plummet

With temperatures expected to drop in the coming weeks, fire safety officials are urging people who use space heaters to warm up rooms or homes to be careful in where and when they use the devices.

Dover Assistant Fire Chief Chris Jacobs said there does tend to be an increased number of space heater fires once it becomes much colder. Those incidents, he said, are often caused by people who place heaters near combustible materials or leave them unattended while still on.
