Del. DATE Agents Arrest 20 in Covert Firefly Operation

DOVER, Del.- The Delaware Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement says a covert operation led to the arrests of 20 people for alcohol-related violations in Dover as the 2016 Firefly Music Festival gets underway.

DATE said that on Wednesday, June 15, agents conducted surveillance both inside and outside of area liquor stores to monitor for underage persons entering the liquor store and attempting to purchase alcohol.  The operation was conducted over several hours Wednesday evening and DATE agents arrested 20 individuals, for a total of 28 charges.  

All of the individuals listed below were issued a criminal summons to appear at a later date:

  • Alexandra Dwyer, 22, of Rochester, N.Y., charged with providing alcohol to an underage person    
  • Allison Soule, 19, of Braddock Heights, Md., charged with underage possession/consumption of alcohol
  • Vittorio Beume, 20, of Orchasrd Park, N.Y., charged with underage possession/consumption of alcohol        
  • Calvin Schulties, 18, of Felton, Del., charged with unlawfully enter a package store under 21
  • Jasmine Urban, 19, of Smyrna, Del., charged with unlawfully enter a package store under 21 and possession of a fictitious license
  • Nicholas Shenkler, 19, of Kendall Park, N.J., charged with unlawfully enter a package store under 21
  • Rebecca Mallozzi, 18, of Dingmans Fry, Pa., charged with underage possession/consumption of alcohol
  • Brian Kelly, 34, of Philadelphia, charged with disorderly conduct and urinating in public
  • Ryan Newman, 21, of Newtown, Pa., charged with providing alcohol to an underage person
  • Rebecca Mallozzi, 18, of Dingmans Fry, Pa., charged with underage possession/consumption of alcohol
  • Sean Wright, 18, of Clarence, N.Y., charged with unlawfully enter a package store under 21 and possession of a fictitious license
  • Anthony Smith, 20, of Plantsville, Ct., charged with unlawfully enter a package store under 21 and possession of a fictitious license
  • Megan Bishop, 20, of Hanover, Md., charged with unlawfully enter a package store under 21 and possession of a fictitious license
  • Margaret Milantoni, 18, of Pottstown, Pa., charged with underage possession/consumption of alcohol     
  • Keith Giles, 20, of Flemington, N.J., charged with unlawfully enter a package store under 21 and possession of a fictitious license
  • Rosalinda Digironimo, 21, of Glenn Mills, Pa., charged with providing alcohol to an underage person    
  • Jessica Crosby, 18, of Glenn Mills, Pa., charged with unlawfully enter a package store under 21 and possession of a fictitious license
  • Matthew Listro, 19, of Southington, Ct., charged with underage possession/consumption of alcohol, possession of fictitious license, possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance. 
  • Juvenile male, 17, of West Grove, Pa., charged with unlawfully enter a package store under 21 
  • Juvenile male, 17, of Enfield, Ct., charged with underage possession/consumption of alcohol
