Suspects Sought in Robbery of Ocean View Business

OCEAN VIEW, Del. - Troopers are investigating a Monday night robbery of an Ocean View business.

According to Delaware State Police, two men entered Hickman's Package Store on Cedar Neck Road around 10:10 p.m. Police said at least one of them was armed with an unknown type of handgun when they approached a female employee and demanded cash.

Police said the clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of money and the suspects ran away without injuring the employee.

Police are describing the suspects as white males, between 5-foot-8 and 5-foot-10, wearing dark clothing and dark masks over their faces.

If anyone has any information about the robbery they should call Detective R. Truitt at 302-752-3813.
