KENT COUNTY, Del. - A Dover man has been arrested in connection with two robberies and a shoplifting incident this week.

According to Delaware State Police, a trooper was checking on some businesses in the area of East Lebanon Road and South State Street on Friday around 12:40 a.m. when he saw a man in the parking lot of Calvary Church at 1141 East Lebanon Road.

The trooper made contact with 38-year-old Jeremy Lobaccaro and immediately saw a handgun near him, police said. Lobaccaro was taken into custody and transported to Troop 3.

Through surveillance photos and an anonymous tip, detectives were able to link Jeremy Lobaccaro to a pair of robberies in Felton and Cheswold and a shoplifting incident at the Walmart in Dover, all of which happened this week.

According to police, Lobaccaro was charged with two counts of first-degree robbery, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts of wearing a disguise during the commission of a felony and shoplifting.  He was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $110,500 cash bond.
