On July 23 around 2:10 p.m. Salisbury police responded to Mount Hermon Rd. at Waste Gate Rd. in reference to a motor vehicle collision.

Police said Ronald Grant Miner Sr. was driving east bound on Mt. Hermon when he crossed the double yellow line in the roadway and hit a car being driven by Stacey Rossey.
