SALISBURY, Md. - One person was injured Friday night when a car hit a house in Salisbury, according to authorities.

The Salisbury Fire Department posted photos on its facebook page early Saturday morning showing a car covered in siding, as well as a hole in the wall of a house.

It happened around 11:30 p.m. Friday on Hillcrest Avenue, according to the fire department.

The fire department said they first responded to the home for a report of a crash with three people trapped inside, but when they arrived, all three had managed to get themselves out prior to emergency crew's arrival. One person was taken to PRMC for injuries, the fire department said, although it was unclear Saturday if the people who were trapped or injured were from the car or inside the house.

No word on what caused the crash but police are investigating.
