REHOBOTH BEACH, Del.- Police arrested two teenagers on felony drug possession charges.

On Sunday night, officers approached a vehicle occupied Zachary Clayton, 18, of Rehoboth Beach, and Sean Mcelwee, 16, of Georgetown. Police say they saw the two leave a nearby building yelling profanity in the presence of other members of the public.

The officers approached the vehicle to warn the two about their behavior, but smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle.  During a subsequent search, officers located a total of 92 grams of marijuana in addition to scales and additional bags for packaging.

Both Clayton and Mcelwee were arrested and charged with 1 count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and 1 count of second degree conspiracy.  Both charges are felonies.

Clayton was released on $15,000 unsecured bail and Mcelwee was released on his own recognizance to a guardian.
