Milford Woman Arrested for Waving Knife, Throwing Bricks

MILFORD, Del. - Milford police have arrested a 40-year-old woman accused of waving a knife and throwing bricks at another person during an argument Monday. 

The incident reportedly happened at a home on the 300 block of Carlisle Lane. 

 Sabine DeGraff, of Milford, was taken into custody by officers after it was reported she displayed the knife towards the 30-year-old victim multiple times during the dispute. DeGraff also reportedly threw two bricks at the victim, missing both times, police said.  The victim was able to flee and was unharmed. 

Warrants were obtained for DeGraff and she has been charged with two counts of aggravated menacing, and two counts of disorderly conduct.  DeGraff was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #2, where bail was set at $1,300   DeGraff was later turned over to the custody of the Sussex Correctional Institution.  DeGraff is scheduled for a Preliminary Hearing at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas on Thursday, Aug. 11.
