Millsboro Man Arrested For Harassment

MILLSBORO, Del. - Police arrested a Millsboro man for harassment and disorderly conduct on Monday, Aug. 8.

Officers reported receiving a call from a female victim who said a male subject was harassing her by asking her to get inside his vehicle. The victim said when she declined the offer, the male subject began to harass the victim and continued to invite her for a ride. The female victim was able to get away from the male suspect and she was able to provide a description of the male subject and his vehicle registration number.

Millsboro officers said they were familiar with the described suspect as he has been contacted by the police regarding similar complaints. When officers checked the area, they were able to find the suspect vehicle a short distance from Cupola Park.

Through the Millsboro Police Department’s investigation, Munson was arrested and charged with one count of harassment, and one count of disorderly conduct. Russell Munson was arraigned at the Justice of the Peace Court 3 where he pleaded guilty to both criminal charges. At JP Court 3 Munson was ordered to pay a fine, and he was ordered not to have any contact in Cupola Park for a period of one year. The Millsboro Police Department encourages the community to contact the police if they locate Russell Munson in or around the Cupola Park area.
