REHOBOTH BEACH, Del.- Delaware State Police are asking the public's help in identifying a suspected peeping Tom in Sussex County.

Police said that on Aug. 8, troopers were called to the Aeropostale Outlet in Surfside on Coastal Highway for a reported invasion of privacy complaint. A 14-year-old female victim told police that someone had placed a cell phone under the door of one of the clothing store's dressing rooms, where she was changing, and took a photo.

The suspect is being depicted by surveillance photos as a white male, 20-30 years of age, between 5-foot-7 and 5-foot-10, brown hair, and was wearing a blue t-shirt with green writing down the side with black shorts and black sneakers.

The Delaware State Police are asking if anyone has seen this man to call the Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333 or send an anonymous tip by texting the keyword DSP to CRIMES (274637).
