DSP Investigating After Car Crashes into Tree in Millsboro

MILLSBORO, Del.- Delaware State Police are investigating after a car crashed into a tree in Millsboro.

It happened Wednesday afternoon near Bay Farm Road and John J. Williams Highway.

According to the Indian River Volunteer Fire Company, who responded to the scene, an SUV was traveling east on the highway and for an unknown reason left the road and hit the tree.

Delaware State Police are still investigating what may have caused this crash in Millsboro.

    The Governor attended a conference in Ocean City today. 

    WBOC asked him about the latest threat for pollution in the Chesapeake Bay and what the state is doing to stop it. 

    Hogan said they are watching the dam very closely. 

    They are also urging Pennsylvania to do it's part to help solve the pollution problem as well.
