Dover police said the incident happened at around 4 p.m. Tuesday, when 25-year-old Jacqueline Kennedy saw her boyfriend in the parking lot of the Dunkin Donuts at 470 S. Investigators said Kennedy drove away, but turned around and drove toward her boyfriend and struck him with the front driver's side of the car.

The victim was taken to Bayhealth Kent General Hospital for treatment of internal injuries and wounds.
