SALISBURY, Md.- The effects of Italy's earthquake has shaken one of Delmarva's popular Italian chefs into action. Vinny Bellia, former owner of Vinny's La Roma Italian Restaurant in Salisbury, came out of retirement Tuesday for a special cause.

Vinny teamed up with Market Street Inn as a special guest chef to raise money for people affected by Italy's earthquake.

"A lot of people died and there's nothing there that they have, they have to relocate, families and friends are housing these people and it's really hard. I felt very bad because L'Aquila is close to a town where my Aunt lives. She heard the tremors from there, so I wanted to do something to help them out. Every little bit helps," Vinny said.

Vinny's special menu was served Tuesday at Market Street Inn from 4-9 p.m. Sixty percent of the proceeds went to helping the cause in Italy.
