Drug Investigation Leads To Dover Arrests

DOVER, Del. -  Dover police have arrested two people while executing a search warrant stemming from a drug investigation.

On Thursday, September 15th at 6:07 a.m, the warrant was executed in the H Building of Cedar Chase Apartments.  Antwan Freeman and Keisha Nkop were located inside the home and taken into custody without incident.  There were also three children inside the home who were later turned over to other family members.  

Officers found two handguns, 19.3 grams of MDMA (ecstasy), 504.4 grams of marijuana, paraphernalia, and $816 in suspected drug proceeds.  One of the two handguns was determined to be stolen in Maryland in an unrelated case.

As a result of the investigation, Antwan Freeman was charged with the following:


-Possession of MDMA
-Possession with Intent to Deliver MDMA
-Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana
-Possession of Marijuana 
-Possession of Firearm by Person Prohibited 
-Receiving Stolen Firearm
-Possession of Firearm During Commission of Felony
-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Endangering the Welfare of a Child 
-Conspiracy 3rd Degree

Keisha Nkop was charged with the following:

-Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
-Endangering the Welfare of a Child 
-Conspiracy 3rd Degree
-Possession of Marijuana
